The following form is only for those interested in applying for the Official FHYC Committee or being an Official Sponsor. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted for a casual chat with us. If for any reason being an Official Committee Member or Sponsor doesn’t work out, we would still be honored to have you involved with our FHYC Group and official events found HERE.

Official Committee Members must:

• Be Between the Ages of 18-49
• Live or Work in Fountain Hills
• Be Positive & Friendly Team Players
• Be Passionate for Growing This Group
• Be a Paid Member of the Chamber
• Commit a minimum of 1/hr per Month for Meetings (held on the second Tuesday of every month at 4:30)
