Steve Mihaylo to speak at Chamber breakfast

Steve is the chief executive officer of Crexendo Business Solutions. He believes that the future of the United States, the vitality of its economy and the well-being of its population depends on the ability of its leaders; leaders that are well prepared through affordable quality education; business leaders that in turn contribute to the community by providing a “hand-up” to future leaders.

Steve founded Inter-Tel in 1969 and grew it from a single employee in one location to nearly 2,000 employees in over 70 locations worldwide with nearly $500 million in annual sales. He lead the company while successfully competing against such industry giants as AT&T, Nortel Networks, Nippon Electric, Seimens and Cisco Systems in the international business telephone systems and software market for over 38 years. Before selling Inter-Tel for $750 million in 2007, ultimately returning over $1 billion to shareholders, Steve grew the company to be the largest and most profitable stand-alone supplier to the mid-sized business telephone systems and software market in the United States with approximately 20% market share.

Crexendo, a member of the Chamber, provides Fortune 500 type services to small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on e-commerce web marketing services and hosted business telephone services.

As an entrepreneur, business executive and technology industry leader, Steve will discuss the past, present and future of business trends–including how small businesses can leverage technology and successfully compete in a ever changing marketplace.
