A: This site uses password encryption to ensure security. This 'key' is placed as a cookie on your machine. Q: When I try to login to the site, I get a form to fill out and I can't continue.
A: This form is your personal user profile. In order to 'login' certain fields are required to continue. Often this is simply the Postal Code. This bit of personal information is used to determine whether or not some notices are delivered. However, in certain instances required fields may include Tax Payer ID's for tax reporting purposes.
