Daybreak project explainedMarch 1, 2019 12:04 pm
Developers Jeremy Hall and Neil Ginsburg are proposing a 400-unit luxury rental complex for a 60-acre site in Fountain Hills.
The site for the project is located on the hillside previously approved for a conference resort on Palisades Boulevard just north of Shea Boulevard.
The plan calls for 12 apartment buildings with garages, a clubhouse and a pool area. This section will be gated access only and includes approximately 270 units. The project also includes a single apartment building with 130 units for age-restricted adult living. Amenities for this part of the project include a pool, cabana, bocce ball and pickle ball courts and a fire pit.
The current plan also includes a 30-unit building with assisted living apartments. Hall said they determined this was a need for people who live in the age-restricted building and want to transition without leaving the site.
