Happy Monday, Fountain Hills! This week, our Monday Member Spotlight is on the Fountain Hills Theater, as they have a fun event coming up! The Theater is excited to announce the premier production of their 2018-19 season—their 17th season as a full-time youth theater—“Narnia,” Sept. 29–Oct. 7, 2018—with special
“Narnia Costume Days” on Sept. 22, 29 & Oct. 6.

This musical follows four young children as they step into an apparently plain clothing wardrobe; when they are plucked from our world and emerge into a
unique, magical world, filled with animals and creatures of both Myth and Fable that who are ruled by the great lion king
of Narnia, Aslan.

SPECIAL: Every Saturday is “Narnia Costume Day!” Fountain Hills Theater invites all “Narnia” attendees ages 15 and
under to dress up as their favorite fantastical Narnian creature! Come in costume to a Saturday night performance and
receive 2 drawing tickets — one drawing to be held this day at intermission, with prize of one ticket good for any youth
show (only for those that come in costume); and a drawing ticket to that will enter them in the raffle for a Narnian-style
gift basket (drawing to be held at intermission at final performance on Sept. 21. Winner need not be present to win).
Additional tickets for basket raffle are available for purchase at box office or at any show.
“Narnia” is produced by Aimee Avery and Suzanne Tomasello; directed by Ross Collins, musically directed by James
Melberg, and choreographed by Noël Irick. “Narnia” will play from September 21 to October 7, 2018. Performances are

Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00pm; and Sundays at 2pm. All performances are at Fountain Hills Theater on its Youth stage
at 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd. (The Corner of Saguaro and Rand). Individual tickets for both youth and adults are $12.00.

9661 x3. Box Office Hours are 12:00pm-5:00pm Tuesdays through Saturdays.
